1. Ordering & Payment
How can I place an order?
Placing an order at CurtiKraze is easy! Simply browse our collection, select your favorite Kurtis, choose the correct size, and click 'Add to Cart'. Proceed to checkout, enter your shipping details, and complete the payment.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept multiple payment methods for a smooth shopping experience, including:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, RuPay, etc.)
- UPI Payments (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.)
- Net Banking (All major banks supported)
- Cash on Delivery (COD) - Available for select locations with a nominal fee.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Yes, orders can be modified or canceled within 24 hours of placing them. After this timeframe, we begin processing, and cancellation may not be possible.
2. Shipping & Delivery
How long does it take to receive my order?
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days and shipped within 4-7 business days, depending on your location.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship across India only. International shipping will be available soon.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS to monitor your shipment status.
3. Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns/exchanges within 3 days of delivery for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags.
How do I initiate a return?
To start a return, email us at curtikraze@gmail.com with your order details and images of the issue. Once approved, we’ll guide you through the return process.
Can I exchange my Kurti for a different size?
Exchanges are subject to availability. If your preferred size is out of stock, we offer store credit or a refund.
4. Refunds & Cancellations
How long does it take to get a refund?
Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after the returned product is received and approved.
Will I get a full refund?
Yes, for eligible returns, you will receive a full refund. However, shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
What if I receive a damaged product?
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience. Please contact us with pictures of the damaged item within 48 hours of delivery, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
5. Product & Sizing
How do I know my size?
We provide a detailed size chart on each product page. Please refer to it before placing an order.
Do you offer custom sizing?
Currently, we do not offer customization, but we aim to introduce it soon.
Will the color of the Kurti be exactly the same as shown in pictures?
We ensure high-quality product images, but slight color variations may occur due to lighting and screen differences.
